The Journal

The first entries are being written now.

Most of what gets published about women’s mental health is written for the algorithm — short, surface-level, and quick to reach for a hashtag instead of an honest answer. We wanted something different.

The Journal is where our clinical team will write about the realities the women in our care are actually facing. The kind of burnout that hides behind capability. The weight of being the one everyone else relies on. What it means to ask for help when, on paper, your life looks fine. Why some women keep ending up back in therapy without ever getting better, and what changes when treatment is built around them instead of a billing code.

We are taking our time with the first pieces because we would rather publish less and mean more of it. New writing will be added here over the coming weeks.
